Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Plotdesk GmbH and customers for the use of the Plotdesk platform and services.

2. Services

Plotdesk provides an enterprise AI platform that enables businesses to integrate and use various AI models securely and compliantly.

3. Contract Duration and Termination

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period unless otherwise agreed. Both parties may terminate the contract with a notice period of three months to the end of a calendar month.

4. Fees and Payment

The fees are based on the agreed pricing model (platform fee plus usage-based costs). Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days of receipt.

5. Data Protection and Security

We process all data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. All data is hosted exclusively in Germany on ISO-certified infrastructure.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited in accordance with statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations.

7. Applicable Law

German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
